Victory Apartment is a private residence located in the central park area of Dnipro, Ukraine. The large windows connect the interior with the surrounding urban context, allowing the historic architecture that characterises the neighbourhood to filter through. The project stems from an idea of uncompromising quality: every choice is intentional, free from temporary fads and designed to enhance the space and the well-being of those who live there. The rooms flow smoothly into one another, maintaining a constant sense of openness; in this balance, glass becomes a key element of visual separation and spatial continuity.

The colour palette is measured and natural: wood, stone and warm, earthy tones – sand, grey-beige and ochre – define an enveloping and timeless atmosphere. All the furnishings have been custom-designed by the studio, integrating precisely with the architecture of the flat, alongside a selection of icons of Italian design.

A distinctive feature of the project is the office concealed within the living area: a flexible space that can be opened up or made private according to daily needs. The separation is achieved through a double system of HenryGlass Manhattan sliding doors with customised glass featuring an elegant Thai fabric effect, embellished with brass-finish profiles and accessories. A solution that combines function and refinement, where technology blends naturally into the architectural language, becoming a discreet and sophisticated feature.

        This information is provided pursuant to and in accordance with art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), relevant to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data.
        This website (hereinafter “Website”) and all services provided herein (hereinafter “Services”) are not intended for minors under the age of 16 and Henry Glass S.r.l. as Data Controller (hereinafter “Company” or “Controller”), does not intentionally collect personal information relevant to minors. In the event that information on minors was unintentionally registered, at the request of the users, the Controller will promptly delete the same.
        
        Legal framework and purpose of the processing
        Your personal data is processed:
        A) without your express consent, for the following purposes:
        • To execute your request for information regarding our products or to receive information on our retailers;
        B) only subject to your specific and separate consent, for the following other purposes:
        • carrying out, with your express written consent, direct marketing activities, such as sending – also by e-mail, text and picture messages – advertising material and communications with information and/or promotional content in relation to products or services provided and/or promoted by the Controller, including free gifts and samples;
        
        Data storage period
        Your personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, after which they will be deleted or made anonymous.
        With specific regard to the purposes described in point B), your personal data will be processed for 24 months with reference to those for Marketing, unless you revoke your consent beforehand, which may affect all, one or some of them.
        
        Nature of the provision of data and consequences in the event of refusal
        For the purposes set out in letter a) of the previous point, the provision of data is necessary, and is an essential condition for processing your request for information. Provision of data is optional for the purposes referred to in letter b), and any refusal to provide such data and to grant the relevant consent implies the impossibility for the Controller to follow-up on the indicated direct marketing and profiling activities, but does not prejudice the possibility for the applicant to receive the information requested.
        
        Scope of data communication and categories of recipients
        Your personal data can be communicated:
        – for the purposes set out in point A), staff and contractors of the Controller, in their capacity as authorised Processors and/or system administrators;
        – for the purposes set out in point B), to third-party companies or other parties that perform outsourcing activities on behalf of the Controller in their capacity as Processors;
        should your data be processed on behalf of the Company by third parties, the same will be appointed as Processors by means of a specific contract or other legal document; in no case will your data be disseminated.
        
        Transfer of data to a third country and/or international organisation
        Your personal data will not be transferred to Third Countries outside of Europe.
        
        Rights of the data subject
        You have the right (see arts. 15-22 of the GDPR) to ask our Company for access to your personal data and to rectify the same should they be inaccurate, erase them or limit the processing should the conditions be met, as well as to obtain the portability of the data that you have provided only if the same are subject to automated processing based on your consent or contract.
        You also have the right to revoke the consent given for processing purposes that so require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the moment of revocation.
        You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority on the subject, the Data Protection Authority.
