Purpose and legal basis of processing

The Data Controller processes the personal data for various purposes:

Data storage period

The Data Controller intends to process the data according to the following time criteria:

  • in the event information is requested, the data shall be processed for the time necessary to fulfil the request;
  • for the purposes in point 2), the data shall be processed for twenty-four months from the last communication.

Nature of the provision of data and consequences in the event of refusal

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is necessary and therefore failure to provide said data in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Data Controller to fulfil the aforementioned purposes. The provision of data for additional purposes is optional: should said data not be provided, the Data Controller will not be able to fulfil the corresponding activities, but will nonetheless be entitled to fulfil the purposes referred to in point 1).

Categories of recipients

Rights of the data subject
