HOUSE 1 - MEDITERRANEAN VILLA

Immersed in Mediterranean scrub, this villa celebrates an idea of fluid and cultured domesticity. The interior interacts with the landscape through unusual textures and large windows that blur the boundary between inside and outside, balancing modernist rigour and decorative sensibility.

The functional and harmonious spaces are enhanced by a sophisticated palette of bronze, moka, Thai, Tundra, Verde Alpi, Argilla faux leather and Eucalyptus frisè.

In the vertical heart of the metropolis, this space is transformed into a stage of visual suggestions. Bold combinations, art, intense colours and precious materials define unique environments, where rigour and surprise coexist in balance.

The interiors follow an unconventional creative narrative, with material and colour contrasts of brass, gold mesh, Oriental paper, Lino, Shodo, Azure and Eucalyptus.

Soft colours and large windows define bright, intimate spaces, where natural light becomes an integral part of the architecture, shaping welcoming, sophisticated rooms. A house that transforms silence into an expression of pure elegance.

Light guides the design, enhancing light and natural materials such as extralight glass, combined with graphite and black, Line, Ramiè, stone, ivory faux leather and bleached Eucalyptus.

        This website (hereinafter “Website”) and all services provided herein (hereinafter “Services”) are not intended for minors under the age of 16 and Henry Glass S.r.l. as Data Controller (hereinafter “Company” or “Controller”), does not intentionally collect personal information relevant to minors. In the event that information on minors was unintentionally registered, at the request of the users, the Controller will promptly delete the same.
        
        Legal framework and purpose of the processing
        Your personal data is processed:
        A) without your express consent, for the following purposes:
        • To execute your request for information regarding our products or to receive information on our retailers;
        B) only subject to your specific and separate consent, for the following other purposes:
        • carrying out, with your express written consent, direct marketing activities, such as sending – also by e-mail, text and picture messages – advertising material and communications with information and/or promotional content in relation to products or services provided and/or promoted by the Controller, including free gifts and samples;
        
        Data storage period
        Your personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, after which they will be deleted or made anonymous.
        With specific regard to the purposes described in point B), your personal data will be processed for 24 months with reference to those for Marketing, unless you revoke your consent beforehand, which may affect all, one or some of them.
        
        Nature of the provision of data and consequences in the event of refusal
        For the purposes set out in letter a) of the previous point, the provision of data is necessary, and is an essential condition for processing your request for information. Provision of data is optional for the purposes referred to in letter b), and any refusal to provide such data and to grant the relevant consent implies the impossibility for the Controller to follow-up on the indicated direct marketing and profiling activities, but does not prejudice the possibility for the applicant to receive the information requested.
        
        Scope of data communication and categories of recipients
        Your personal data can be communicated:
        – for the purposes set out in point A), staff and contractors of the Controller, in their capacity as authorised Processors and/or system administrators;
        – for the purposes set out in point B), to third-party companies or other parties that perform outsourcing activities on behalf of the Controller in their capacity as Processors;
        should your data be processed on behalf of the Company by third parties, the same will be appointed as Processors by means of a specific contract or other legal document; in no case will your data be disseminated.
        
        Transfer of data to a third country and/or international organisation
        Your personal data will not be transferred to Third Countries outside of Europe.
        
        Rights of the data subject
        You have the right (see arts. 15-22 of the GDPR) to ask our Company for access to your personal data and to rectify the same should they be inaccurate, erase them or limit the processing should the conditions be met, as well as to obtain the portability of the data that you have provided only if the same are subject to automated processing based on your consent or contract.
        You also have the right to revoke the consent given for processing purposes that so require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out until the moment of revocation.
        You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority on the subject, the Data Protection Authority.
